What is your return policy?
Generally, arrangements must be made within 60 days of receipt and items must be in salable condition. Glacier Pac reserves the right to deny any request. What if my shipment is damaged?
Glacier Pac 100% stands by the quality of the products that we sell. If there is a quality problem or damaged product, please notify a customer service rep as soon as possible and we will swap out the defective product immediately.
